Una nota di merito alla proprietaria che ci ha permesso di poter lasciare le valigie in anticipo rispetto all'orario di check in: questo per noi è stato molto utile e lei è stata veramente molto carina.
La posizione, molto comoda ai trasporti e a 2 passi dall'Università (BSC). Vicino anche a un centro commerciale ben fornito per fare ad esempio la spesa. La zona poi (Frederisberg) è molto carina: c'è un bellissimo parco e molti negozi/ristoranti dove trovare veramente di tutto. Con la metro inoltre si possono raggiungere tutti i luoghi (centro città, aeroporto, etc.) veramente in modo comodo e veloce.
Il bagno: se pur vero che è in linea con gli standard danesi, è veramente molto piccolo.
Il riscaldamento, può essere migliorato.
Un po' rumorosi i vicini (di sopra, siamo al piano terra) ma questo non può essere colpa della proprietaria.
La comunicazione non proprio così rapida con la proprietaria (del resto però molto gentile)

1) The place is well-heated: we had no complaints when we stayed in early March and the weather was cold and windy.
2) The apartment is located close to two metro (M1, M2, M3) stations; there are many restaurants with different cuisines in the area, as well as a shopping centre with a supermarket open daily.
3) The kitchen is well-equipped and allows for cooking.
4) There is a washing machine and a dryer. And a large TV.
5) The apartment is cosy.
1) The bathroom is very small. The shower curtain does not fully stop the water from leaking from the shower booth.
2) Some of the wall hooks, door handles, and doors are worn-out.

L’emplacement
j’ai ressenti un peu de poussière, étant légèrement allergique. De plus, les couettes ne sont pas très grandes et les coussins sont un peu bas.
