Location in centre of village excellent for walks and village shops, pubs etc.
Shower was decent and sitting out area by the river the main selling point. Good TVs and comfortable sofa. The beds were comfortable. The central heating worked well and warmed it up from 12 degrees to around 20 degrees within 36 hours.
The close proximity of the church clock which chimes every 15 mins 24/7 was distracting at night. The bathroom is downstairs so potentially awkward for some visitors needing bathroom in the night. There was evidence of black mould in the bathroom by the window. The kitchen was tired though adequately equipped and the gas cooker needed to be lit manually. The spiral staircase from kitchen to sitting room took a little getting used to and wouldn't be for everyone.

Prachtige locatie en cottage. De ligging was ook prima voor hikes en bezoeken steden. We hebben genoten en hadden best langer willen blijven!
