The location was in the centre of Verona .. views onto the park over looking the arena. It had the wow factor when you went in .. very spacious with 3 double rooms with bathrooms and a single bed room too .. all amenities too .
Security into the apartment was great ..key only to get in and also a lift right to your door

The time limit set for collecting the keys. Because of traffic hold-ups, I had to spend extra taxi fare to collect the keys before 1900 hours. Please allow for travel delays.

Location, views, space,
Lots of steps/stairs (particularly if lift not working). Bit fiddly managing several kitchen appliances on one electrical point. Perhaps related to electrics only being able to cope with one appliance (throughout property) at a time. This didn’t cause us any problem though.

Appartamento molto grande con posizione stupenda, proprio difronte all’Arena con vista meravigliosa.
Appartamento veramente grande e bello come struttura ma con arredamento molto ma molto datato ( anni 60/70)e poco funzionale.Le camere dovrebbero essere quattro invece sono tre più un letto aggiunto in uno studio con libri ma senza un armadio e invece della porta un paravento tipo giapponese .
Armadio in una camera con un anta che non essendo fissata se si apriva ti finiva sui piedi .
Assi del water che anche quelli non fissati si muovevano alla grande.
Finestra di una camera da letto posizionata su un tettuccio pieno di erbacce alte , quindi impensabile aprirla
Maniglia di una porta rotta per entrare in una camera , quindi non si chiudeva
Avevo letto che era stato in parte ristrutturato ma non si vede , forse sono stati sostituiti gli infissi e i sanitari…..
Pulizia che non è un granché: capelli per terra nei bagni, ditate sui mobili che si vedono da lontano,asciugamano bianco da bagno sporco di rossetto, perché non lavato bene ….Specchio dentro all’armadio che non sarà mai stato pulito, visto le “manate “ che cerano.
Peccato perché l’appartamento di per sé sarebbe bellissimo e meriterebbe di più
