Ligging en comfort
Slechte stoelen in de keuken en toiletbril die helemaal los zat.
Ook was het buiten op de trap zeer gevaarlijk door de slechte verlichting zeker bij de trede tussen het terras en de trap.
Ook zou het fijn zijn als er bij de ingang van de kleine Zuidstraat een lamp werdt gemonteerd met een bewegingsmelder zeker in de wintermaanden.
