The room is spacious, comfortable and clean. The bathroom had everything we needed, and enough space to put our personal stuff. Also the kitchen has everything for making breakfast and cooking, with a spacious fridge. The small outdoor space with the little table and chairs is a plus. Highly recommended!
The mattress and pillows could have been more comfortable and the shower head is not very practical.

位置超级好，就在海边，随时可以出去海边溜达。离中心街区也很近，走路过去十几分钟，很惬意。设施很齐全，房东很贴心的还为我们准备了茶、咖啡、零食、酒、插头转换器、卫生巾，被暖到了！很适合3-4个人一起住，好朋友在一起那种。

The location was amazing, shout out to the beach club where they treated us like gold. The marina is just steps away, and easy to walk up to the main square. The restaurants in the marina were great and we were able to go on a boat tour from the marina as well.
The beds were comfortable and they provided an extra bed for my daughter. The space was clean and included a washer.
The property is old, and we did not have hot water for the first three days. I was first told that it’s normal in Italy to not be able to use more than one source of water at a time (can’t use the washer and shower at the same time) that was not true, as I’d been to 4 different places before this one and it worked. I went back and forth with the host trying to reset the hot water tank that I had to step on a chair from the balcony to reach. This didn’t work and they had to call someone to replace the tank. When we got back they were replacing the tank, so we didn’t have access to the kitchen. The new tank ended up leaking and needed adjusting which the host asked me to do. I told her that I was on vacation and that I wanted someone to come and fix it and clean up the water. At this point I said that we deserved at least a free night (we stayed for 5), she agreed. When I messaged her again, she told me that it cost €400 to change the tank, which she did “just for me”(Im sure future guests would appreciate a hot shower) and that she would not give me a night free to compensate for 3 days without hot water and having to deal with changing the tank. She was argumentative and acted like she was doing me a favour. We could not shower for three days on vacation, I didn’t think it was too much to ask. If she had done what she said she would do I would not have written this review, I hope it was worth it.
If I was to do it again, I would find a different apartment.
