El dpto es muy lindo y nuevo, tal cual se ve en las fotos. Lo entregan limpio, con sábanas y toallas. Tiene filtro de agua para tomar y la cocina está equipada con lo necesario.
Las paredes son un papel. Le alquilan fijo a jóvenes que te ponen música al palo las 24hs y hacen fiestas. No se duerme. Cuando llovió, se llovió adentro y luego estuvieron varios días haciendo obra en el techo, martillando desde tempranísimo. No es para descansar. Si van en invierno, hay noches super frescas, no te ofrecen abrigo de cama. Estas con una sábana con 14 grados.
