Le logement est bien aménagé, fonctionnel, rénové avec goût. La petite terrasse avec vue sur le jardin est un atout. Le quartier est calme, à 4 minutes à pieds du supermarché le plus proche, à 10 minutes à pieds des commerces et restaurants. La copropriété est agréable.
Il faut 13 minutes à pieds pour aller front de mer. Le trajet est agréable mais c'est plus difficile quand il faut très chaud. J'ai envisagé l'option du bus, mais ne sommes pas restés assez longtemps pour la tester.

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man wohnt im ruhigen 4. Stock und hat einen Ausblick auf den Garten hinter dem Haus. 4 Tolle Restaurants sind in 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Zum Strand sind es etwa 10 Minuten. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Obwohl die Wohnung zentral gelegen ist, hat man in ihr und auf dem Balkon Ruhe. Die Gastgeberin Erika ist zauberhaft und kümmert sich sehr fürsorglich um ihre Gäste. Wir haben sie schnell ins Herz geschlossen und fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben. Wir sagen merci und würden die Wohnung ohne Zögern bei einem erneuten Besuch wieder buchen!
