Arrivée autonome très facile, une place de parking dédiée en cour intérieure, les équipements sont fonctionnels.
Ce n'est pas un RDC mais un souplex, la vue sur cour est donc sur le parking en contrebas. Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas et nous n'avions pas de réseau.

Excellent emplacement.
Odeur de tabac persistante hélas.sanitaire propre chambres aussi mais pas la salle de séjour ,aspirateur n’a pas du être passé avant notre arrivée,dommage.Équipement cuisine et vaisselle tout à fait minimale .
Mais le fait d’avoir un parking privé en centre-ville est primordial.

Location central. Parking secure and on site. Quiet. Reasonable price. If it is completed to a higher standard it would be fantastic.
No clothes dryer even though it was listed (and we really needed one as it was raining). No toaster. It looks like a lot of effort has gone into renovating this apartment but unfortunately it has an unprofessional finish. Cupboards don’t close properly, walls are uneven, gaps under doors.

Il fallait signaler que la pièce se trouvait au sous sol et il y avait des escaliers donnant d'autres habitants....C'est n'est pas sécurisant
