Free assigned parking spot! Very robust easily adjustable radiators. Seamless check-in process. Quiet-ish street. Location very convenient for exploring both old town and the lovely neighborhood of Wiehre. Washing machine and drying rack. Spacious. Comfortable. Excellent sound insulation - couldn't hear the neighbors at all.
Wifi a bit inconsistent - usually fine, occasionally disconnected. Messages sent went through some third party so it was hard to get fast responses on quick questions. Fancy espresso machine (exact same one as we own) but hadn't had the regular maintenance/cleaning required (e.g. hadn't been descaled in ages so we bought descaler as MediaMarkt and did it ourselves).
