I came across their apartment listings online for an apartment in Boulogne-Billancourt. The booking process was fast and secure. A week prior to arrival, the deposit was taken from my card and it was a smooth process. Throughout my stay, and even afterwards, the manager was accessible via Whatsapp.
One day prior to the arrival, all instructions were shared with me. It was therefore very easy to locate the apartment.
The apartment itself was cosy, clean and perfect for two travellers. The amenities were adequate. The kitchen was perfectly suited to our needs.
I would also say that the location is perfect. There is an amazing bakery downstairs, multiple coffeeshops and supermarkets around. One of the most important features is the priximity to the metro station (Marcel Sembat). That made it so easy for us to travel since we did not want to stay in the centre of Paris, but rather in a quiet "normal" neighbourhood.
Would highly recommend Lois to anyone travelling to Paris!
J'ai trouvé leur annonce d'appartement en ligne pour un logement à Boulogne-Billancourt. La réservation a été rapide et sécurisée. Une semaine avant mon arrivée, l'acompte a été prélevé sur ma carte sans problème. Pendant tout mon séjour, et même après, le gestionnaire était joignable par WhatsApp.
La veille de mon arrivée, toutes les instructions m'ont été communiquées. J'ai donc trouvé l'appartement très facilement.
L'appartement était confortable, propre et parfait pour deux personnes. Les équipements étaient suffisants. La cuisine était parfaitement adaptée à nos besoins.
L'emplacement est également idéal. Il y a une excellente boulangerie au rez-de-chaussée, et de nombreux cafés et supermarchés à proximité. Un des atouts majeurs est la proximité de la station de métro Marcel Sembat. Cela nous a grandement facilité les déplacements, car nous ne souhaitions pas loger en plein centre de Paris, mais plutôt dans un quartier calme et agréable.

The apartment is nice. Far to the center, but for us this is not a problem. The neighbourhood is very nice and full of shops. The apartment is comfortable and the staff is supportive and always answer the questions. The kitchen is full equiped.
The carpet in the salon is dirty. Also more plugs needed.
