Superb central and very convenient location :-) close to everything. Adequate space for me and my wife, overall we had a nice and comfortable stay. The host, Davide was very friendly and generous, we love the smell of the Shampoo and Conditioner in the accommodation and Davide gave us samples of them :-) We highly recommend this accommodation to all.

Location, clean, safe feeling doors/ entry / exit, modern.
Couldn’t adjust the temperature, sofa bed was not the most comfortable, no broom, not sure where to put rubbish.

I enjoyed how new everything felt. Appliances, tiling, lighting, etc. Also, proximity to everything in the heart of Como was a huge bonus. A lot of the amenities that are often lacking in apartment/hotels (plates, water kettle, pots pans, utensils, clothes washer) were provided.
If only I could have stayed longer - I would definitely had made more use of the kitchenette!
Honestly, there wasn't anything to not like. While it was in the heart of downtown, it also felt far enough removed that it was away from the hustle and bustle. I enjoyed everything and felt taken care of overall.
