We were attending a golf tournament in the area. The location was great, the local shop and pub were very friendly. The layout of the cottage was great and quirky and a lot more space than expected. The kitchen and bathroom were modern and had all facilities needed. The cottage was perfectly charming and what you would expect of a 1600 property.
If the garden had a gate to keep it enclosed, it would have been nice for sitting out with my little pooch, but this wasn't any concern and didn't impact our stay. The occasional bump on the head from low doorways for taller folk but again we knew this before we arrived and expected this. All part of the charm.

Charming cottage in a lovely quiet village with lots of nice walks around. Beautiful hamper on arrival! Really enjoyed our stay.
Check out was early but everything else was great
