Great location in central north highlands, ideal location for west north or east. very peaceful quiet and remote house
the kids would have liked wifi in the evenings, though this may not be possible I dont know

Stunning location in a remote valley.
Kitchen very well equipped.
Clean throughout.
Comfortable beds.
Owner very helpful with shower problem.
Directions to the cottage were sketchy, especially as satnav in a remote area is not 100% accurate. What3words would be better.
The shower controls were so stiff it was scaldingly hot. A phone call to the owner resolved this.
Not really issues for us but the details could make it clearer that
1. The TV is really just a large screen..it doesn't have a signal, and there's no WiFi.
2. One twin room and the bathroom are downstairs. The staircase is narrow with 2 half spirals so people with mobility problems might have difficulties.
3. Access to the property is by a steep stoney track so not suitable for a very low car.

Peaceful central location. Perfect instruction manual for equipment.
Insectocutor in kitchen would be good. Grass around house needs cut. Small outside seating area needed.

House was clean. It is well situated. Plenty of space for our family. Big kitchen . Well equipped. No one nearby. Short walk from there to the river. Nice bath (although takes awhile to fill). Nice wood burner.
Maybe the living room could do with a remodel - felt a bit dated and not particularly cosy.
