Localisation proche de la gare rer
Le mobilier a quand même bien vécu (canapé) et le lave vaisselle ne fonctionne pas. Trou dans le mur aussi. Petit rafraîchissement à prévoir quand même. Le rendu photos ne reflète pas l’état réel du logement. Aussi pour la caution, il est demandé une emprunte de 300€. Je comprends la nécessité de laisser une garantie mais ça bloque tout de même 300€ le temps du séjour

La proximité avec le RER, le logement est grand et bien aménagé( vrai cuisine, machine à laver, deux chambre)
La colonne de douche( partie haute est rouillée) ainsi que les volets de la chambre.

Emplacement au top, proche à pied de la gare de massy palaiseau (RER, TGV, ). Jolie décoration. Place de parking gratuite.
Escalier d'accès à l'appartement abrupte en particulier pour monter les bagages. Ustensiles de cuisine à renouveler (passoire ...)
