The location was perfect, within walking distance of everything Amble has to offer.
Very easy to find.
Off road parking.
Very quiet, everyone slept brilliantly.
The shower was excellent and the heating was much appreciated!
Nice to have toilet rolls and bin bags provided.
There was broken glass in the parking area.
The décor is rather dated. More artwork to brighten up the bedrooms and lounge?
Bathroom could do with a hook to hang clothes or more towels.
Maybe a small table by the sofa to put drinks on safely?
Not a biggy but more knives and forks would have been appreciated.
The heavy footed occupants in the above flat were quite noisy late at night. It didn't disturb our sleep but it might bother other people.
There's no visitor book to sign. Is this deliberate?

Really comfortable beds with nice linen/towels and a great shower
No view from the living room due to frosted glass. Live TV not available but prime and Netflix was a bonus. The main issue we had was the smell of damp, needed to buy a plug in diffuser. Bathroom and kitchen functional but basic.
