L emplacement très proche du lac et de la villa Balbialeno. La proximité de l embarcadère pour les autres villes du lac. Commerces à proximité. Les 2 salles de bain/wc pour chacune des chambres. La décoration. La place de parking.
Le canapé est prevu pour 2 personnes alors que l hebergement pour 4. Table à manger aussi serait juste pour 4 personnes. Manque grande casserole et micro ondes. Mais c est un detail.

The house is very well located, near the lake. The private parking is welcomed. The house is comfortable, the AC is functional. The host was very kind and helpful.
The beds are a little hard for our liking but that's about it.

Zentrale und dennoch ruhige Lage in einem friedlichen Städtchen, 2 Aussensitzplätze, 2 geräumige Zimmer, 2 Bäder, 1 Küche/Wohnraum auf 3 Etagen. Danke für den Prosecco und Wasser im Kühlschrank, das ist eine wirklich nette Geste (aber leider keine Kaffeekapseln). Alles was man braucht ist in Gehdistanz. Gute Schiffs- und Bus-Verbindung zu den schönsten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter/Agentur funktioniert sehr gut und es wird schnell auf Anfragen reagiert.
Privater Parkplatz nur für sehr kleine Autos geeignet und die öffentlichen Parkplätze nebenan sind meist voll. Beide Duschkabinen waren an den Wandfliesen und unten stark verschimmelt. Beide Moskitonetze an den Balkontüren sind kaputt, Licht beim oberen Treppenaufgang funktionierte auch nicht, das Sofa ist unbequem usw. Matratzen haben keine Auflage, nur direkt das Leintuch drauf ist wirklich unhygienisch. Ich rate zu mehr Aufmerksamkeit in den Details.
