A casa é completa, não vai precisar levar nenhum item. Ar-condicionado, água quente. Tudo em perfeita ordem e comodidade.

A rua em frente a casa está em obra e não tem nenhum dado na descrição do anúncio. Vc n vai poder estacionar seu veículo na casa, vai ter que deixar o carro em estacionamento aberto do condomínio que está mais de 100m de distância. Ou seja, estão cobrando valor cheio sem a garagem disponível.
