Very easy to get the keys, shops were close, and it is only about 5 mins away from the main train station, would definitely book again!
There was a strong smell of cleaning chemicals when we arrived first day, so maybe air the place out a little, but no complaints.

Excellent central location. Accommodated our request for 2 single beds in 1 room. Very clean. Everything you need and comfortable. Overall really pleased we booked and stayed there.
The only things to improve I would say is 1) Have toiletries to use in the shower (fixed bottles on the wall that you can’t take away), & 2) put the hot water on for guests…luckily we checked before going out and it was off otherwise we would have left until the morning and no hot water.
