Location. The proximity to everything downtown was a short stroll. Even with parking included, I was able to walk anywhere I went.
There were only minor things I didn't like. There was an unidentifiable smell in the elevator. The sitting area (lobby / foyer) just outside of the apartment doors was not climate controlled, which was tolerable for the few seconds before entering the apartment.
