Fabulous location and welcome pack a lovely surprise. The property was very clean and well appointed and appreciated the patio area, instructions for appliances and the extras like books and DVDs
The only instructions that were missing were for the washing machine and I couldn’t figure it out, having an integrated dryer function which didn’t appear to work. The spa bath wasn’t working which was a disappointment.

Excellent location for the centre of Alnwick and beautiful walks by the river. Easy to park nearby. The flat had all necessary amenities, and the hoats left us a lovely welcome pack for us and our ppoch. The enclosed garden was great with having a dog. The bedroom and sofa were very comfortable. It was a very peaceful place to stay.
The glass coffee tables felt a little risky for those with pets and children. It felt like there was a few too many chairs and cushions in the lounge, making it a little tight for space once we added in a dog crate!

There was a lovely greeting gift of wine and snacks on arrival and the owner very kindly let us check in early as we was attending a wedding at the castle which started at 2.30pm with no extra charge allowing us to get ready in time without travelling (4 hour travel) in our wedding attire.
would have been nice if the spa bath was working but wasnt the end of the world as the shower was amazing.

Great location. Close to castle, pubs and restaurants but still very quiet. Easy parking with a residents pass which was provided. Great shower, comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen. Excellent communication with owner. There's a lovely enclosed garden too, although we didn't use it in November. It would certainly be a pleasant place to sit in warmer weather. Lovely welcome pack provided by owner
