Perfekte Lage um sowohl Meran zu Fuß zu erkunden (15 Min. Fußweg zu den Lauben) als auch kleine Wanderungen (z.B. Tappeinerweg mit Zugang direkt hinter dem Haus) zu unternehmen. Wir konnten schon früher in die Wohnung (gegen Aufpreis) was uns die Ankunft sehr erleichtert hat. Die Wohnung (wir hatten eine große Wohnung im EG mit eigenem Garten und zwei DZ) war geräumig, hell und hatte einen tollen Blick. Wobei die oberen Wohnungen diesen Blick sicherlich noch übertreffen da keine Bäume „im Weg“ stehen. Unsere Familie hat sich wohl gefühlt und würde sofort wieder kommen.
Die Ausstattung der Küche könnte großzügiger sein, Platz genug wäre da (z.B. mehr Gläser damit man nicht immer gleich spülen muss oder ein Eiswürfelbreiter im Kühlfach) . Die Schneidemesser gehören dringend getauscht, wir hatten sogar überlegt noch welche vor Ort zu kaufen da die Vorhandenen absolut unbrauchbar waren. Ebenfalls wäre ein zusätzliches, großes Handtuch pro Person bei dem aufgerufenen Preis kein unnötiger Luxus. Die Vorhandenen sind eher von einfacher Qualität (je ein Duschtuch, Handtuch und Waschlappen pP) und nicht sehr groß. Vielleicht könnte man auch über einen schönen Bademantel für den Aufenthalt nachdenken ? Insgesamt aber nur kleine Kritikpunkte die sich sehr einfach beheben lassen.

Super Lage, tolle Anlage mit super Aussicht. Fußläufig zur Stadt(10 Minuten).
Guter Kontakt zum Vermieter und sofortige Reaktion bei einem kleinen Problem. Gerne wieder

We loved the appartment.Perfectly clean,looks the same as on the pictures.Spotelessly clean,warm,comfy.Kitchen has all the facilities that you nead for a short stay.Building is new,also very clean and smells lovely.The view is amazing.Comunication with Ilina went great.You can even buy tickets for the spa with 10% discount ,which was great .We are definitely coming back hopefully in the summer.
Actualy nothing.One very,very small thing is that you have electric courtains wich go up or down on a switcher and you can hear the neighbours setting them up or down.But that was nothing compared to everything.

I asked for towels ans was told I would be charged. Never had that happen before. Not enough linens whatsoever.
