Great location. Very clean and tidy.
I didn’t realise it was on the first floor only accessible by stairs. This was not a problem for us but may be for others.
The sofa was very hard so we didn’t use the sofa-bed.

The place was well decorated and clean, the host was super helpful and promptly helped with our questions on access, good parking, instructions clear and accommodating.
I could see some marks of water infiltration in the bedrooms, which would make me consider staying for a longer period, but as it was just one or two nights, no big deal. Also, there was a door locked inside one of the bedrooms (I guess it was the bathroom?), which made us uneasy at first but I can think of reasons for it to be that way.

bed comfy good night's sleep tea and coffee nice addition only 2 small pots of milk supplied in fridge
small bottle of milk would have been better than small pods quilt cover in green room could have been ironed bit mislead by name of premises Avons view it was not directions confusing to property and to many lock codes
