value for money - when arriving after dark the lighting on stairs, sachets of milk left for coffee. would stay again. Decent sized towels.

Central to Oban / ferry port etc . Clear check in instructions. Highly recommend this accommodation

Was clean and good sized bedrooms.
Very basic, no shower gel, nice empty shower gel container though. We did find 1 teabag probably left by a previous occupant.
The outside was shockingly under maintained. The accommodation was down the side of the ground floor accommodation (which did make you wonder what was around the corner) up some steps that were wet (which can’t be helped by the weather) but were dirty and also slippery with lots of wet leaves and weeds. For smokers there is an outside decking area that could have been an adequate place to sit if only the weeds etc had been cleared and not intruding into the seating. The garden was full of a high growth of weeds and appears to have been neglected for possibly years considering how high and tangled they all were. First impressions were not good at all.
