Perfect location, clean and has everything you could possibly need.

The mattress are very hard and could do with updating.

We liked the proximity to the beach and boardwalk and restaurants. We liked the privacy. We liked the amount of space there was in the villa. Good value for money.

The floors were filthy. The mattress in my room was too hard, and I could feel the springs when I lay down. Perhaps we were the first people in the villa for the season. The rest of the villa was clean.
