The apartment was cleverly designed and spotlessly clean. There was nothing I could fault the apartment on; lovely bathrooms, spacious and comfortable bedrooms. The property owner answered messages promptly. The location was excellent, close to many restaurants and bars but also quiet in the apartment itself. Highly recommend.
The only thing that could improve it, was if there was an outside area. However with a bar with an outside section literally round the corner, this wasn’t really an issue.

Perfect for an overnight stay in Nottingham city centre. We stayed in Memoroabilia and the decoy was fantastic and very original. Very comfy bed and great shower/bathroom. Would highly recommend

Great location as our reason for the visit was a concert at the Motorpoint arena. We had also booked a fab restaurant all within walking distance and there was easy access to lovely cafes and the shops too. Gated access felt safe too.
We arrived after a 3 hour drive so was grateful as a family of 5 to use the facilities however there was only half a toilet roll between 2 bathrooms I did contact the email and they had replied that they’d send someone around but by then I had gone to the local shop to get some. The layout of the apartment is cleverly designed and has a great retro games theme. Unfortunately the property wasn’t as clean as I would have liked - while on arrival it seemed ok on a closer look there were hairs on the bedding on both double beds and even what appeared to be blood on a pillowcase and some surfaces hadn’t been wiped thoroughly. The sheets and towels provided were very thin too not the quality I had anticipated.
