The room was comfortably big with big windows. The bathroom was also quite big and clean. The location is next to a street but it was quiet at night with only a few cars passing by.
Unfortunatly we get the room right next to the reception and breakfast area so it was a bit noisy. The double bed was basically just 2 single beds put next to each other and they kept sliding around when you moved.

Loved the room, the beds and the shower, can't fault those. And appreciated that it allowed me to bring my Dog. The rate was good too.
The Monte Petris Restaurant up the hill in the University Campus, was great and a easy walk.
Not really a 'Hotel'
It was situated by a busy and noisy road with constant traffic, no good if you need to open the windows at night.
There was no Air Conditioning in any part of the building so it made it uncomfortable and unpleasant at night; even with the window open, the residual heat in the building was unpleasant. And no apology made at check in for this.
The 'Hotel' is too far from the City Center to walk there and back comfortably, and a horrible walk if you did!
Poor hospitality, muted welcome, no tips on the area, maps, nothing. Reception on the second floor set away from any guests coming and going.
Room clean, but long hair in the shower drain.
