HOUSE RULES & PROPERTY DETAILS:
👥 Occupancy
Maximum occupancy: 18 guests.
Exceeding this limit will result in additional charges and/or eviction without refund.
💳 Security Deposit
A refundable $300 security hold will be placed on your card during your stay and automatically released within 2 days of checkout if there are no damages or missing items.
The hold is processed securely through a Vrbo-integrated, third-party property management system using encrypted email communication.
If your reservation is made more than 2 days before check-in, the system will place a temporary “test hold” to verify your payment method. This hold is released after verification and re-applied 2 days before your arrival for the duration of your stay.
A signed rental agreement is required for all reservations.
📹 Security Cameras
For guest safety, two exterior cameras are installed:
One above the main entrance, facing the driveway
One near the back stairs entrance
Both are motion-activated and record video and sound 24/7.
There are no cameras inside the cabin.
🚫 Prohibited Activities
To maintain the quality and comfort of your stay, the following are not permitted at any time:
Smoking or vaping of any kind
Fireworks
Unauthorized parties, events, or celebrations
Guests must be 25 years or older to rent, and the booking guest must remain onsite during the entire stay.

Please note that Hochatown is a rural area. The cabin has high-speed Wi-Fi, but occasional outages can occur.

As this is a forested area, the Oklahoma Forestry Service occasionally enforces burn bans.

Our family of 10 had a marvelous time. The house was in pristine condition with plenty of comfortable gathering spaces. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub while it was cold and raining. The kitchen was well stocked and set up well for lots of folks working together. The large dining table was perfect for eating and games. With 4 married couples and 2 small children, we all appreciated the 4 king sized ensuite rooms plus the bunkroom for the kids. The house was everything we had hoped for.

The bedrooms were all very large and had amazing bathrooms. The bunk room was good, but the upper bunks were a bit unsafe for our small grands, 4 and 2, so they enjoyed the queen beds on the bottom. Air hockey game was a hit and we had two wonderful fires in the fire pit. The kitchen is very well stocked with very nice pans and dishes. And loved the ice machine! . We enjoyed having the back deck completely secure with gates for our grands to roam free. The games on the porch were great also! We didn’t use the grill or Traeger on the deck but both were very nice. We had a lot of rain this visit so we didn’t hike the trails but had a great time anyway!

Sheets on some of the bed were not clean. Saw 2 mice. The light in the bunk room bathroom was out. Shower door in one of the up stairs did not close properly Otherwise it was very nice. We enjoyed our stay. Good communication with host. Beautiful surroundings. Liked the location too.
