About this cottage rental
Detached house. Living room with wood-burning stove. Open-plan kitchen (oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher). Separated by a few steps, a separate lounge with TV, laundry room (washing machine, sink), shower room, and separate WC. Wi-Fi. Upstairs, bedroom 1 (1 double bed 140x190cm), bedroom 2 (2 single beds 90x190cm that can be joined). A few steps higher, a shower room, separate WC, and bedroom 3 (160x200cm bed). Electric heating included. All utilities included. Bed linen and towels provided. Beds made upon arrival. Cleaning service included. Private, unfenced grounds. Terrace. Garden furniture. Sun loungers. Barbecue. Parking. At the foot of the Avranches hill, this former small farmhouse is Serge's family home. With his wife Rachel, drawing on their extensive experience in tourism in the neighboring Ille-et-Vilaine region, they were passionate about renovating this stone house surrounded by greenery. You'll be peacefully settled at the end of this cul-de-sac, yet within easy reach of all shops and amenities. The bedrooms are spacious, and the small, separate living room on the ground floor is a welcome haven of peace.
