We had the most amazing stay at Claudia’s gorgeous villa. The pool is incredible as are the grounds. The rooms were comfortable, there is no air con and usually I think that would be ok as there are fans in each bedroom and feels much cooler inside. But as we stayed at the height of the European heat wave (39/40degrees) it was very hot overnight. Claudia recommended a local restaurant in the nearby town where we enjoyed a fantastic meal and fabulous hospitality for a fraction of the prices you would pay in Rome. There was also a restaurant around the corner that delivered delicious pizzas to the villa. Claudia also arranged for a chef to cook for us one night which was fantastic. I would recommend hiring a car, the town is only a 6 minute drive away but the road isn’t suitable to walk down. There were 2 decent supermarkets and lots of lovely cafes and it was amazing to walk around the medieval centre. Claudia and her family could not have been more helpful. We would love to come back again!

We spent a week at the Villa. We wished it had been longer. Claudia welcomed us and was on hand to help with all queries from food to travel in the area. What a superb host who was kind but never intrusive. The Villa is delightful with everything provided that a large family needed to holiday for a week with grandparents, parents and babies. The real jewel here are the gardens and pool area - an absolute delight. The small town is close by, with a great restaurant very close by. Supermarket etc in the small town. Views surround the property for lovely nights spent sitting outside in a safe gated environment. Very easy to access Sacrofano from the airport. And access to Rome was simple and cheap. The Villa is much nicer than some of the photos may suggest, it's very quaint: the gardens were wonderful with many shaded play and sitting areas. There is no air conditioning but we used fans. We had a wonderful holiday and send many thanks to the lovely Claudia.

What a great venue! Beautiful house with a great view over Rome. Great swimming pool not only for the kids but also for us. Close to Rome and Bracciano for some culture. But most of all great hospitality. We want to thank Claudia, whom was always available for questions and help! The hospitality is of very high level. Thanks for our great holiday!!

Some properties which look good disappoint on arrival. But not this one!! The villa was perfect: great rooms, a large garden, great pool & surround and a lovely BBQ & seating area. Claudia was an excellent host at all times. A toilet flush stopped working on our first full day and, despite being a Sunday, a plumber was there within an hour to fix it. Rome is about 20k away but easily reachable via a 10 minute drive to the (free parking) station and a 1.5 euro train ride. Overall, we could nopt have asked for a better villa or location to enjoy the city and the glorious countryside.
