Gîte (43 sq.m.) on garden level of owners' house. Kitchen, lounge (sofa bed), bedroom (double bed), bathroom (hip bath, WC), utility room. Electric heating. Private parking on property. Use of garden (outdoor furniture and BBQ). Restaurant and grocery shop nearby. Easy access. Lots of outings and leisure activities possible. River(La Valserine) and skiing nearby in winter. House built 1973, renovated 2005.
