In the heart of the hamlet of Mas Gruzin, in an old Revermontoise farmhouse, with exposed stone, the Bugey gîte, on 2 levels (45 m²) welcomes you and is adjoining two other gîtes (6 and 4 people). The entrance on the ground floor is into the equipped kitchen and its small living room (sofa bed for 2 people). A shower room-WC. The upper floor consists of a mezzanine with a small sitting area and its office and a bedroom (1 bed 160). Electric heating. The terrace is private with garden furniture. A freezer, including 1 of the 3 lockers is at your disposal in a technical room of the semi-open barn, with a ping-pong table, adjoining the shared and enclosed parking. A play area with an above-ground swimming pool, accessible only in summer, slides and trampoline will delight young and old. The plus of this gîte: charges included, sheets provided. The filling of the swimming pool and its use by tenants may be restricted in accordance with the "drought" decrees of the Ain prefecture. The cottage is ideally located near the A40 motorway, Ainterexpo, Bourg-en-Bresse and its famous Royal Monastery of Brou, a Flamboyant Gothic masterpiece and historic monument.
