This house is comfortable and well-furnished, perfect as a home base for your Austin area vacation. Conveniently located near the up and coming Bell District, shopping, dining, entertainment, parks, pool, hospitals and major thoroughfares. Each bedroom has beds with plush memory foam mattresses, desk and plenty of natural light. The kitchen has modern appliances and comfortable seating. The backyard is shaded and landscaped. House was clean, everything was fully stocked, as it was in the description. Spoke with the owner several times very good on communication. Plan on rebooking when we head back into town.

The stay was super. The pool was closed. The sensory light by the front doof flickered all night.

My husband and I (plus our cat) needed a place to stay for three nights while all the flooring in our own house was replaced. This home is in a neighborhood just 2 miles from our own so we were comfortable with the area. Communication with the host was excellent. The house is cozy and newly updated. The back yard is shaded by a large patio cover and native trees, making it pleasant to sit outside in the evening or morning. Good supply of kitchen utensils if you want to prep your own meals.
There was an issue with the cleanliness of one shower which I addressed with the host. Overall, a super clean little house to serve as base camp on a visit to the area. Also really appreciated the inclusion of cats in the "pet friendly" policy, as most places only allow dogs to stay. Themeals.outsidmealsupdated
