Large, spacious rooms, quiet neighborhood, close to major highway with brand new functions appliances.
NOTE: There is a second guesthouse also on the same property in the back part of the lot that is also rented Airbnb. It is not connected to your house directly.
The modern mid century house comes with three bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Full bed).
3 bathroom - King ensuite with bath, Queen ensuite with shower, 1 guest/shared bathroom with bath in the hall.
This unit boasts 2 smart TVs, a 43" HDTV in living room and another 39" screen in master bedroom. Beautiful patio and Washer/Dryer also available.

NOTE:
NO HOLD OVER POLICY: You are not permitted to stay beyond your reservation dates. If you remain on the vacation rental property beyond the time and date of check-out, you agree and consent to be removed and locked out of the vacation rental property by Vacation Homes 365, its representatives, and/or law enforcement. You further consent to permit Vacation Homes 365 to remove your personal belongings to a location of the Manager's choice, where you may retrieve them. By booking a reservation at this property, you agree to the above-stated terms.
For monthly stays, we inspect the property every 2 weeks to ensure that it is kept in good condition. We reserve the right to enter the property by giving you 24-hour notice. If the property is not kept up to satisfactory condition, we may exercise the right to cancel the remaining days of the booking. CLEANING: All trash must be taken out and placed in trash bins and all dishes must be placed in the dishwasher upon check out. Please treat this home like you would your own and deliver the home in the same condition as you found it. Any trash that is in excess of the allotted number of garbage cans will incur a charge of $200.

The comfortable atmosphere was great to chillax in. Neighbors made parking awkward, but they were nice enough to move when we needed them to. Otherwise another trip to LA would definitely warrant renting this one again.

Overall a very nice place in a very nice neighborhood. Minor inconveniences; we weren't able to close the slide door to the smallest bathroom, and; we couldn't get the outside controls to the garage door to work. Everything else was great. Thank you.

We stayed 10 days at the house and we enjoyed the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms really convenient.
