Our newly renovated flat in Königstein is located in the heart of the Elbe Sandstone Mountains.
The flat is very centrally located.
It is located on the third floor/ground floor of an apartment block directly on the Elbe or the ferry/steamboat jetty not far from the railway station. The railway station, the ferry and steamboat jetty, the fortress express, the leisure park, the climbing park, the boat and bicycle hire and the campsite are all within walking distance.
The flat has a view of the greenery on a wooded slope from all windows.
The flat is friendly, freshly renovated and located on the top floor (DG) of our house.
It has a shower room (small bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin) as well as a bedroom with a large double bed (180cm x 200cm) and a French bed (140x200cm), a living room with dining table and chairs, corner leather couch and another sleeping possibility (90 x 200cm) as well as a small walk-through kitchen between living room and bathroom. There is also a spacious hallway with chest of drawers, wardrobe and shoe storage.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a microwave, convection cooker with ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, mixer and all the utensils you need for cooking. Oil, vinegar, salt, spices and coffee are available. Cleaning products are also available.
Soap, towels and bed linen are also provided in the flat.
The flat is ideal for two to four people, but can easily accommodate 6 guests.
When booking, please note that either four guests can sleep in the bedroom or two in the living room and two in the bedroom. (for occupancy with 4 persons).
If the apartment is occupied by 6 people, 4 people sleep in the bedroom and 2 people in the living room, including one guest on the couch.
