Located around the corner of the picturesque marina and the crossing point of the pedestrian streets in front of the marina and the one leading to the port, it combines the stunning views with the comfort of having all town restaurants, cafes and bars literally at your doorstep and reaching the sandy beach with 10 min. tranquil walk.

The 2 levels spacious maizonette with the stunning views from the terrace on the very top is the ideal space for those who seek the combination of quiet and tranquility while being in the middle of the town life, only few steps from the marina with all the restaurants and the centre of night life.
A great option for couples or friends since it is divided by internal stairs in 2 different levels and offers independence, is modern desorated with traditional Greek island elements and with lots of light!
The open plan ground floor comprises the kitchen, the dinning room, the living room. The bathroom is a seperate room and there is an a/c for the whole floor. The kitchen is a really spacious and fresh room fully equipped with all necessary items for cooking meals. The dinning and the living room with a sofa bed are very comfortable and are nicely combined in the same space together with the kitchen area creating a really cozy and enjoyable place to spend time.
On the 1st floor there is the bedroom with a really comfortable bed, a/c for securing the right temperature and it receives the morning light thanks to the big windows on the door leading tot the balcony with the sea view. There is also an office table, a workspace dedicated area and a spacious wardrobe along with few extra storage spaces. It is a fantastic space which can be used any time of the day for relaxing with the sea view available even from the bed.
All windows and doors have mosquitoes net.
Going further up the stairs we arrive to the terrace with the stunning views, the highlight of this property. There is a corner with an foldable bed and cushions, a table and chairs under an umbrella creating a few comfortable spots for enjoying the view and relaxing.

We enjoyed our time in this pleasant, comfortable house. Great location, handy for restaurants. Parking nearby.
Note - bathroom is downstairs from bedroom. Fabulous roof terrace and excellent kitchen facilities. Washing machine was a real bonus for us.
