About this property:
A place like this country house exists for those who desire a spacious, quiet ambiance with privacy, a pool, and scenic views. Set on a hillside surrounded by lemon, orange and olive trees, this unique residence offers a retreat away from frenetic tourist towns and just a few minutes from beaches and city center of Bali town near Rethymno and Heraklion.
Generally for the villa:
Enjoy your meal al fresco on the home's terrace surrounded by nature with beautiful views. When you're ready, the pool is waiting for you. Go for a dip any time, head to the nearby beach, do a hike in the area, or explore everything else Bali has offer to you.
The house has five spacious, lovely and simple bedrooms in two floors. Three of them have big and comfortable queen size beds and there are also other two bedrooms, which have from two singles beds each one. Most of them have balconies and French doors. House has windows everywhere for fresh air and one big AC in the living room. Enjoy a good night's rest with only the noise of the air and trees around. Moreover, there is a large sofa in the living room around the fireplace. Last, we are provide all of the bed linens and towels for guests.
There are two comfortable bathrooms, one of them with bathtub, the other with shower and one W/C.
The main living and dining spaces are combined, comfortable, and filled with natural light. There is a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony with private pool and ocean views. The well-stocked kitchen allows for meal preparation during your stay and includes a toaster, stovetop, oven, and refrigerator. It also includes basics like pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery. Our guests can also use the second kitchen fully equipped in the ground floor. Barbeque for you is free to use and enjoy the relaxing times near pool.
The area is totally private 21000 meters full of green, trees and this big house with pool in the middle. From house to Bali downtown (restaurants, market, amazing beaches) on foot is about 15 minutes, by car is only 5 minutes driving.
Extra information: Pool is seasonal open end of April every year until 1/10/2023

The area of Vlikhádha is a tranquil area ideal for morning walks around the house with beautiful sea and mountain views. The crystal turquoise waters of Bali Beach are about a mile away.

A Cretan Gem Despite the Weather's WhimsOur recent stay at the farm villa in Crete was truly memorable, even with an uncooperative weather streak that included a heatwave with Sahara sand pollution, followed by muddy rain. Despite these unusual conditions, the villa itself proved to be an absolute haven.Perched majestically atop a hill, the villa boasts truly gorgeous ocean and mountain views that stretch as far as the eye can see. We loved the wraparound balcony, which offered breathtaking panoramas and a serene spot to relax, surrounded by lush nature, ancient olive trees, and fragrant lemon trees. The quiet, secluded location ensured a peaceful escape from the everyday hustle.The enormous pool was a fantastic amenity, perfect for cooling off and enjoying the stunning surroundings. But what truly made our experience exceptional was the lovely family who hosted us. Their warmth, genuine care, and hospitality were evident from the moment we arrived. They welcomed us so kindly and kept everything meticulously clean throughout our stay.A special shout-out to Ioannis for his delicious morning desserts! They were an absolute treat, so good that we even brought some back to New York with us to savor a little longer.Despite the unexpected weather challenges, the beauty of the villa and the incredible kindness of our hosts made our time in Crete unforgettable. We can't recommend this charming farm villa enough!

We were already in Bali Rethymno and there was no availability in the accommodation we were staying for one more day, so we booked villa kardi last minute for one day. Nevertheless, everything was excellent, very clean rooms and bathrooms. The host was very kind and helpful. I would recommend this comfortable and quiet property for your holidays.

It is located in a very quiet place, with amazing view and it has a really huge pool !
Rooms and bathrooms spotlessly clean. Very friendly and kind hosts. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

The view and pool are the thing that make this villa worth going to. Poor kitchen facilities eg no microwave ,dishwasher very few breakfast bowls. Very poor storage space in some bedrooms. It takes 30 minutes not 15 to walk to the shops and restaurants. It is a very steep area and a car is essential.
