About this cottage rental

Several adjoining rooms: Bedroom 1 (double bed). Bathroom (shower, WC). Bedroom 2 (queen bed). Upstairs: Mezzanine lounge area with sea view and kitchenette (tabletop, hob and sink). Bedroom 3 (queen bed). Bedroom 4 (two single beds that can be joined with electric locks) and its own shower room and WC. Washing machine. Outside: Enclosed grounds. Tarmac courtyard with gate for several vehicles. Small garden. Garden furniture. Barbecue. Gas central heating. All utilities included. Bed linen and towels provided (beds made on arrival). Optional cleaning service. Baby equipment (travel cot and high chair). If you bring pets, an additional deposit will be required on top of the €500 security deposit. Montmartin-sur-Mer is a charming little seaside resort located on the west coast of the English Channel. With its fine sandy beaches, the resort invites you to soak up the sun and enjoy water sports such as sailing, coastal walking, or paddleboarding. For nature lovers, coastal hiking trails will guide you through unspoiled landscapes. Summer activities will encourage you to discover the local area: a large market in Hauteville-sur-Mer on Sundays from April to September, seafood tasting, introductory shellfish gathering, visits to oyster beds by horse-drawn carriage (available 2 km from the gîte), and more. All in all, excellent conditions for a pleasant stay at Les Quéminets in this family home.
