Discover our beautiful 140 m² fully equipped house, located in a peaceful area with a garden in Saint-Ismier, close to the mountains 🏔️
The house is laid out as follows:

A spacious living area with a lounge, a dining table seating up to 8 guests, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen
A laundry room with a washing machine
A bathroom
A separate toilet

One bedroom with a 160 cm bed
A bathroom with a bathtub
A second bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom
A third bedroom with a 140 cm bed
A second independent bathroom with a shower stall

A large balcony

A beautiful garden with a furnished terrace
Enjoy a comfortable stay thanks to the many amenities available in the house, including Wi-Fi and TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, kettle, oven, coffee machine (capsules not provided), stovetop, and complete cookware.
A washing machine, bed linen and towels for up to 8 guests are provided upon arrival.
Parking is available inside the property, with space for at least two cars.

We enjoyed staying at the home for our family vacation to the Grenoble area. House is relatively new, and very clean and functional. Location is ideal if you are looking for something close in to town, but still has more of a local neighborhood feel. Views of mountains are beautiful from this house and the old St. Isimer town square by church is very close with bakery, cafe/restaurant, fruit/vegetables and tabac. It should be noted that home does not have AC, but with windows open and managing automatic shades / shutters it was comfortable for us as we were used to this from living in Grenoble in Haut Meylan previously.
