Overall our stay was good. My family and I enjoyed the space of the condo. My three teenagers had no complaints on their sleeping accommodations; I will say the master bed was very firm and had springs that squeaked every time you move. The check-in and check-out was great, and they had a digital guide with all the info for the condo included, which was super helpful. When we arrived, we noticed an issue and reached out to let the management team know and they responded very quickly. The only other point of aggravation was the sound from surrounding units, which is out of the control of the management team. We just used a sound app while we were sleeping and it worked fine.

The view from the property was absolutely beautiful, and the listing description was accurate. The beds were very clean and comfortable, and there were plenty of soft, cozy pillows, which we really appreciated.One major plus was the on-site security—very friendly and professional. They did a great job of keeping any riffraff away, which made us feel safe throughout our stay. Parking was also easy and convenient, which is always a bonus.However, the overall cleanliness of the unit was disappointing. The floors were sticky and gritty and clearly needed a good steam mop. Dust had built up around the air vents and baseboards, there were hair balls in the corners of the bathroom floors, and one of the toilets had a black ring underneath the seat.With more thorough cleaning, this property could be excellent. The comfort, security, and location are all there—it just needs more attention to detail when it comes to cleanliness.
