About this house rental
Welcome to our 1800 square foot home on beautiful Lake of the Ozarks. This two-level lakefront house has it all for your vacation needs! Three conventional bedrooms and one fun bunk room (note: bunk room is open to entryway and stairway) make it comfortable for up to 13 people in beds, with plenty of floor space for an air mattress if you care to bring one. This home is perfect for two or three families vacationing together.
On the upper level, the spacious master bedroom offers a king bed, master bath, and balcony with a beautiful, main channel view. It also is equipped with a large walk-in closet, conventional closet, TV, and large workspace for those who wish to work remotely.
Also on the upper level, the second bedroom offers a queen bed and balcony with the same main channel view as the master. The third bedroom also is equipped with a queen bed. A second full bath is conveniently located near bedrooms 2 and 3. The large bunk room / family room is equipped with a twin over queen bunk bed, a twin bunk bed, and a queen sofa couch - perfect for all the kids or a family!
The lower level starts with a convenient half bath. The comfortable living room has a wall of windows that provide a lake view and lots of natural light. The modern kitchen has everything you need and seating for eight. An extra beverage refrigerator ensures you'll have room for everything! A laundry room also is located on the main floor and is equipped with a washer and dryer.
The home includes Wifi and three TVs with firesticks - all ready for you to log in to your personal accounts, such as Netflix.
The amazing outdoor space off the dining area provides a beautiful view of the main channel in a protected, no-wake cove. Two lakeview open-air decks with comfortable seating and gas grill provide extra entertainment space and lead to the two-well boat dock (10'x28' & 10'x26') with a nice swim platform and Wet Steps for easy water access. Dock accessories are provided for water time fun!
Located at the 35 mile marker, Gull Getaway is close to many popular bars/restaurants, by water including Captain Ron's (1 mile), Fish & Company (5 miles), Larry's on the Lake (4 miles), Bear Bottom (3 miles), The Cave (6 miles), Bulldogs Beach House (2 miles), Nauti Fish Rum Bar (7miles), Margaritaville (9 miles), Paradise (11 miles), and Big Dick's Halfway Inn (12 miles). Located just northwest of Hurricane Deck Bridge off of Highway 5, this house is close to many lake-area attractions. Easily accessible by land is Bridal Cave (10 miles), Ozarks Amphitheater (8 miles), Woods Supermarket (4 miles), The Tavern at Trails End (2 miles), and The Branding Iron (2 miles). If you're needing to rent a boat or jet ski, Pirate's Point is 1.5 miles away (www.piratespoint.com). If you're bringing your own boat, there is a boat ramp just 1.5 miles away.

It was a great house for what we needed. We are 2 families, 1 of 6 and 1 of 5. There were plenty of bed options and they were comfortable. The beverage fridge was a great addition too. The neighborhood on land and water were quiet. It was a fantastic calm cove for the kids to swim off the dock too. We brought our own life jackets but the house was well stocked with them. The neighbors were very friendly and welcomed us to join them one evening.
It is very close to a boat rental.
Only thing is the couch/bed upstairs is unfortunately broke. If you do a Walmart pickup make sure you pick the one in Camdenton. ha ha

We had a great time staying at this house. It was clean and stocked well. I brought a lot of items I thought we would need for the week but upon arrival found them already there. We sat on the deck every morning. Swam off the dock every day and easy to get our boat in and out. Highly recommend.

This is an amazing property with easy access off Hwy5. Our family had so much space and the hosts are fantastic! The house was setup perfectly and was super clean. Kitchen was big and well stocked. We enjoyed swimming off the covered dock which had plenty of lake toys and floaties to have fun in the sun! Hosts provided ample beach towels which was a plus! The dock was perfect for our fishing boat and pontoon. Cove is no wake which is appreciated with boats. Location is perfect with lots of options for dining on the lake or on land. We had an amazing time and will be back!
