Pros: Good amount of room, beds, and parkingCons: Basically non-functional AC. Upstairs was 87 the first night.

Check in and out was very easy. The property manager was very communicative and helpful.

To start we were left one towel per bed, not per person, no washcloths or hand towels. PM asked up to check the dryer where we found a few more towels. When I told the PM we’d be buying washcloths they offered to reimburse me for them. All but one bed had incomplete sheet sets. Many had flat sheets used as fitted.
Second night two men came to the back door at 11:30 pm, frightening us, to take out the trash and they proceeded to break into the detached garage to get some random carpet from it. PM had emailed at 10 or so to tell us they were coming however I didn’t get the email. Scared those that were still up and they were considering calling 911.
Appliances appeared quite old and not very functional Stovetop was dirty, oven door had a broken handle and fridge was missing a lot of shelves and ice maker and water dispenser did not work.
Many of the overhead lights and lamps did not work. One fan in rooms didn’t work. Shower curtains were half hung and dirty.
There were a lot of windows without any curtains or blinds.
For a house that sleeps over 10 people dishes and glasses qty was lacking. Pots and pans were of terrible quality.
Overall for a “completely remodeled” home it lacked in many areas. The location worked for our group but we did some cleaning and washed towels to make our stay better. Overall not my usual VRBO experience
