This generously laid out and modern furnished holiday house is located on the island of Čiovo, in Arbanija (Split-Dalmatia County). It is a perfect house for those who want to enjoy peace and quietness while being close to center of the old town Trogir (10 minutes driving distance). The nearest beach is just 100 m away. The airport is 5 km away.
The house has two bedrooms and can accommodate up to six persons. On the ground level there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room (sofa bed for two) and a guest toilet.
The second floor consist of two bedrooms (furnished with a double bed each and the double sofa bed in the living area can accommodate two more persons), a bathroom with a walk in rain shower, a wardrobe room and a great big terrace with a view of Adriatic sea: enjoy the great sea views and romantic atmosphere.
The outdoor space makes this house very special: there is an outdoor dining space, a garden, a traditional stone grill BBQ.
The outdoor terrace is a perfect place to rest and there is a shower for hot and warm days. You also have a fireplace (everything that you need for a great barbecue is provided) and outdoor dining table where you will spend the most of your time and enjoy your laziness.
Don't worry about parking, there is a huge lot on the back of the house.
