Lovely clean well maintained property very close to the centre of town ! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Bernard was very helpful on our arrival explained everything very well & told us lots of very useful information about Ypres 😊

The property was lovely, quite new and well appointed. It was a short walk to the main square and historic sites. There was secure parking a short distance away which was great. Thoroughly enjoyed Ypres, what a beautiful place!
The property was right on the road so road noise was, at times, bothersome. There was only one pillow per person on the bed and no spares available. Probably not a problem for some, but we prefer two pillows.

Friendly host! Easy to communicate even left us some cherries from his orchard. Spotlessly clean and modern, brilliant location
Oven and hob not very easy to use and I didn’t want to spend time reading the manual during my holiday.
