VERY Close to the beach, really close, really first line. The beach It's great in terms of conditions, cleanliness, and amenities. Extremely nice girls from the beach team. We have not had any complaints about noise or disturbances; the location is ideal for relaxation and for families with young children. There is no danger from heavy traffic or lack of control.
In the area There is a well-stocked shop and three restaurants, which are of a decent standard.
It is not close to the center of Nea Kallikratia—it takes about 15 minutes by car, so it is not suitable for a walk before and after dinner. For us personally, it was not a problem because we like to change the scenery. The town itself is lively, but you can easily find a parking spot.

The best wifi internet so far in Greece both in the apartment and on the beach bar. Perfect AC which really cools. Close to the beach, excellent beach . Accommodation is cozy comfortable. The staff is very kind and helpful.
The apartment doesn’t have stove, microwave and overtop as it is listed. Those are available in the common area in the garden if you need them. Yes, there is no housekeeping but the staff is happy to provide you with towels linens or anything you might need. The house is located on a small square on a crossroad of two streets so it is not very quiet place specially in the evening and during the night which does spoil a bit the general nice experience. We stayed one week so it was tolerable.
