Lovely, spacious flat. Instructions to find it were clear although the one way system is always a bit confusing in Reading.
Great to have designated parking space right outside.
Flat was clean, had everything we needed. Gorgeous kitchen.
Couldn't understand how to work the TV but we managed to get youtube and watched films.
Underfloor heating kept it warm and cosy.
One thing that would be helpful is to have a notice inside the flat explaining things like the heating system etc. Rather than just on the booking app. It would be easier than having to check the app for stuff like that

Central location. Flat is spacious. Masses of storage - far more than required for a short stay.
Generally clean and tidy. Had what you needed.
Felt cold and uninviting. Clean but tired looking. Needed a coat of paint, preferably some colour.
A couple of sockets were coming off the wall one with bare wires showing.
Random oddments from previous guests left lying about.
Items placed with no thought to their usefulness, eg a bedside lamp that was on the floor nowhere near the bed.
Could be really nice, but isn't currently.
