It had everything you could possibly need. I did spot a cupboard where a washing machine could be fitted, but that’s hardly a deal-breaker.
The location is wonderfully quiet, yet you’re just a two-minute stroll from town for buses, taxis and plenty of shops. The train station is around a five-to-ten-minute walk, depending on your pace, with direct services to London, Brighton and other south coast destinations.
I’d happily stay there again for an extended visit to see friends. Parking permits can also be arranged for the duration of your stay — the host is very helpful in organising this if you ask.
Parkin was abit hit and miss but you are allowed park in other parking permit areas

This gentleman was a great host. I actually turned up early and he was very welcoming. Pointed us in the direction of a little coffee shop, (can get a little discount if you drop his name.😁 very handy to know) whilst he finished the last little bits.
This is a cosy little nook right on the beach front. A full rundown of house rules(with great humour i must say) local amenities and everything you dont think of is laid out on the table on entry.
All facilities are catered for, i dont think he missed anything. A relaxing place, brilliant for a base for a longer stay to be a proper tourist.
Price is amazing for the location of the apartment.
Parking permit is needed and arranged for free before arrival. We had a bit of car trouble before we left, I had to change the registration at a silly time of the morning. When the host received my message he was straight on it and it was sorted within minutes. The parking outside is hit and miss but the permit allows for parking anywhere in the town centre so it is not hard to find another space close by.
All in all we are planning a trip back and this place will be our first choice.
We were battered by gale force winds. The door is wood sheltered by a curtain. That curtain didn't stand a chance against mother nature that night. Loud and drafty but only near the door. So not really something that can be complained about.
