Discover a delightful holiday villa in Barbentane, near Saint Rémy de Provence and Avignon, offering a private pool and a spacious garden. Conveniently located within walking distance from Barbentane's village centre, where you'll find all necessary amenities.
This villa consists of a ground floor with a kitchen, dining area, and a sitting area with air-conditioning. Additionally, there are three bedrooms on the ground floor. Upstairs, you'll find an air-conditioned bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and access to a sun terrace.
Outside, the enclosed garden offers a lovely shady terrace with a barbecue and seating. The private pool, secured with an electric safety cover, measures 12m x 6m and provides eight deck chairs for relaxation.
Please note, the villa's caretaker resides in a separate gîte within the property and has independent access. Additionally, a road passes approximately 50 metres north of the house, while the pool and garden are located to the south.
The villa is situated in the village at about 100 m from the shops. The villa is situated at about 3 km from the Golf course of Barbentane (6 holes). You can enjoy walks in the Montagnette; the hill at the side of the village, and you arrive easily in Avignon, Saint Rémy de Provence, Baux de Provence, l'Abbaye de Saint Michel de Frigolet.
