Very spacious and a great location! Easy beach access and great views. Clean!! Easy check in/check out. The couch is a sofa bed (we didn’t need it - but I don’t think any info said whether it was / was not for people with bigger families)!
The parking below the building was under maintenance so we had to park at the overflow lot across/down the street which was slightly inconvenient with four small children. The pool was also closed for maintenance every day, except one, of our stay which was very inconvenient as our smallest children cannot safely play in the ocean at all and our older children couldn’t really get in the ocean because caution flags were flying.
