Die Lage ist super und der Preis war gut
Die Ausstattung der Küche (z.B. keine Pfanne) war nicht das, was ich unter vollausgestattete Küche verstehe. Wir hatten nur aufgrund der Küche gebucht, da wir keine Kohlenhydrate essen sind wir darauf angewiesen selbst zu kochen. Das war ein wenig enttäuschend. Und die Sauberkeit hätte besser sein können.

The suits are stunning, spacious and well designed. We had to change our booking and they were super helpful which meant we didn’t loose all of our finances, plus they let us check in early.

Balcony want big enough for 2 people to get onto at the same time plus a table without a ridiculous effort.

The location is ideal - right at the entrance to the Old Town and close to everything. The room design is pleasant, and the renovation is in good condition. I also want to mention Olga, a staff member who helped us with any questions we had -she was kind and responsive and helpful.
However, a few serious issues really affected the quality of our stay:
1. Cleanliness. The room needed a proper cleaning. The kitchen cabinets and windows were covered in fingerprints from previous guests. The dispensers looked so dirty it was unpleasant to touch them. Cleaning should be more than just wiping the bathroom mirror.
2. Sleep quality. The mattress was extremely hard- even with a topper, it felt like sleeping on a wooden board. Initially, the pillows were also very stiff, but after I asked, they were replaced with a bit softer ones.. Still, after three nights, I’m leaving sore and sleep-deprived.
I honestly think the manager should spend a couple of nights in the room to really understand what the guest experience is like and what needs to be improved.
P.s. If you put pepper, please put some salt 🧂
