The room was spacious, clean and quiet, 10 minutes from the cathedral and the old town!!! It had a coffee maker and kettle and the bed was comfortable with an anatomical mattress!
The owner's behavior was unacceptable.
We informed her that we would arrive between 12:30 and 1:00 PM and would like her to store our luggage since check-in could not be done before 4:00 PM.She refused, claiming that for security reasons it is not possible before 16:00, urging us to leave our luggage somewhere through the bounch application.
On the eve of our arrival she sent us a message that we could check in at 14:00 but for a fee of 20€. (unacceptable behavior)
Then we found out that there were no face towels and the shower gel was for 1 day while we had 4 nights. We asked for them by message (since it did not appear at check in even though it said it had a 24 hour reception. She replied that there were no face towels provided and that she would arrange it with the manager immediately for the shower gel.
She didn't bring us anything ........
First time we met such a host!!!!!!!
The entrance and stairwell are in very poor condition, it smells damp, has crumbling walls and water leaks when it rains. It needs immediate renovation.
